I have a copy of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 on disc which I have installed onto a new computer running Windows While photoshop runs, and premiere stated a successful install I have been unable to open the editor страница premiere and with this I have unsuccessfully tried running in compatibility mode and as administrator but with no success.
